We have many happily adopted dogs in the U.K., Finland, Germany and Holland. Due to lack of resources we decided to stop U.K. adoptions some years ago. We still work with wonderful charities across Europe who take on any adoptable dogs we may have but our main focus is on our sanctuary dogs who have very little chances of ever leaving our care. It’s important we provide them with an enriching life as possible since we are their home and their family. We do also of course offer rescue back up for our dogs already in the U.K. and you may see dogs in this section still needing homes from time to time.
Pumpkin for adoption - Fostered in Norfolk, U.K.
Pumpkin is 6 years old and is looking for a special home. She was adopted as a 4 month old pup in 2019 but sadly came back into our care September 2024.
Pumpkin needs an experienced adult home with someone who would be prepared to work with her one to one. She is a sensitive girl and needs a quiet home. She is lots of fun and loves to run! She would make a great running partner and is also very food motivated so great for training.
Pumpkin is currently fostered with other dogs but she finds them overwhelming and likes her own space. She grew up as an only dog. She is also fostered with a dog savvy cat so could potentially live with a cat. She is very fixated on wildlife out on her walks and loves birds and squirrels a bit too much!! For that reason she is always walked on a lead/long line but has great run zooming around at high speed at a secure field her foster mum rents for the dogs.
